Please read and confirm the following before making a booking:
1. All children must be over 11years old (photo ID required to prove they are aged 11+) or over 135cm height. (we measure children at the door).
2. For safety and insurance policy reasons, visiting dogs are not allowed in the cafe.
3. If you wish to cancel or change your booking, you must give us a 24 hour notice in order to get a full refund. please call us 0191 366 0025 (No Facebook/IG messages.)
4. Shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the cafe as a measure to keep dogs away from any outside bacteria. We provide slippers for those who want them.
5. Each 2 child should be accompanied by an adult.
6.Please arrive on time or contact us if you are going to be late, as we will hold your table for 10 minutes, after which we will offer it to other customers.
