Please read the following before processing your payment:
1. For safety and insurance policy reasons, visiting dogs are not allowed in the cafe. By proceeding, you confirm that no one in your party will bring dogs (or any other animals) with them.
2. For safety and insurance reasons, our cafe is not suitable for children under 11 years old or under 135cm in height. Each child in your party must meet at least one of these two requirements to be allowed entry. Entry will be refused for any child who does not meet the criteria.
3. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.
4. Shoes are not allowed inside the cafe as a hygiene measure to prevent outside bacteria from affecting our animals. Slippers are provided for those who want them.
